“ Newly opened/renovated Gasthof, not all construction work has finished, but the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Don't forget to check the closet for bigger pillows. Staff was very friendly and helping. The hotel was easy to reach. Seems like a great party location too. ”

“ It was a good hotel. A bit too far from Hinterzarten I must say. But in the morning I found a nice path through the woods to reach the station. Room was sufficient for a single person. Food options are quite restricted as it’s a very small town. But the chef was great and made me some good dishes. Overall a nice stay experience. ”
“ We spent one night here during our visit of Christmas Market in the Ravenna Gorge. Location is good if coming by car - close to the market as well as to other interesting points (Titisee etc). The restaurant was closed, unfortunately, but in the nearest village, Hinterzarten, you can find plenty of options to eat. The guesthouse itself is new and very nice! It is really warm in the rooms, and you can regulate temperature according to your needs. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was included to the price - and it was with high quality products. Not a lot of choice, but still enough to have a good start of the day! There is a nice walking path not far from the guesthouse, so you can enjoy your time at the nature as well. We will definitely come back again to this place! ”

“ Great stay! We called last minute to book a room in the evening. The staff were super helpful! The building and rooms are very new and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh coffee and made to order eggs, as well as cold cuts, yoghurt and muesli. The hotel is close to a highway, but with the window closed it is barely noticeable. I can highly recommend staying here! ”
